There’s a lot to like about Toren’s new daycare, but one thing that I really love, which probably has nothing to do with his daycare but more to do with his new mobility, is how he responds when he sees us when we pick him up. When we walk in the door at his daycare, he drops whatever he is doing, regardless of what it is, and comes running with his arms out for us to pick him up and hug him. It’s really quite adorable. I’m going to have to film it at some point because it is so cute.
Toren is finally starting to get the idea of hugs. This morning, as I was getting ready to leave for work, he kept putting his arms out for me and when I’d pick him up, he’d give me a hug. Hugs rock!
